About us

CBT Mills Ltd is directed by Vicky Mills who has over 25 years experience of working as a Therapist. Vicky has found that the most effective type of therapy tends to have a more dynamic solution focussed approach which enables both Therapist and Client to be genuine and real. She appreciates both the need for calm and for humour in the therapy room, as well as a nice cup of your choice in a warm, homely and discreet environment.
